WPO's 2024/25 season

The WPO is once again starting a new season featuring some of the greatest works of the 19th and 20th century repertoire for large orchestra.

In October we will perform Bartok's Concerto for Orchestra and in December Mahler's mighty 5th Symphony.

In March we will perform a rarity, Arthur Bliss' Colour Symphony and then Bruckner's Symphony No. 9 in May.

Join the WPO

The WPO rehearses on Sundays in central London.  Our conductor is Jonathan Butcher.  We welcome experienced amateur musicians and we have particular vacancies at the moment for violins, violas, cellos and double basses, though everyone is welcome.  Please contact the Membership Secretary: membership@wpo.org.uk
